[House Proposal] Sales Tax Seperations

Currently in the May Budget we are combing all sales tax into 1 overall sales tax. I feel that actually we need to seperate these out to better able to balance not only our budget but also our market compared to other countries. I therefore propose the following seperation.

Basic Materials Tax
Advanced Materials Tax
Food/Drink Tax
House/Transportation (to be called luxury tax)Tax
Fighting tax (armor/weapons)
Machines tax
Clothing/Equipment tax

Morgan: Discuss only
Netvalar: Discuss and vote x1
TheOnlyKazm: Discuss and vote x1

Total Voting power: 6
Needed for passage: 4

I generally favor this idea, assuming that it is not possible to set sales taxes as percentages and we are therefore stuck with setting them as flat rates. This would allow us to set larger amounts for larger purchases and smaller amounts or no tax on very small purchases, thus acting as a sort of crude "second best" solution in an attempt to mimic uniform percentage rates.

Meanwhile, I have a couple of suggested spelling corrections to the original post:

"Seperations" = Separations

"combing" = combining

I support this idea, as it currently stands the tax rates are in GBP, however it would be ALOT easier to make a % based tax instead.
