London seems to have run out of iron, which is hampering my steel manufacturing efforts significantly. However, I am not sure if there is anything we can do about this. Perhaps someone can explain the game mechanics/timing for city resource replenishment.

it recovers at the start of a new month, the amount regenerated is based on population of that region, for now I would suggest buying your iron from the market to sustain your steel production or deactivate and wait til the new month
